Reframing through Recognition, Reflection, and Renewal

My name is Christy Jackiewicz. I founded the name Gardenia Group from my passion for finding parallels between life’s many lessons. As an avid gardener, I encountered my greatest horticultural challenge: gardenias. While I could coax nearly any plant to thrive, gardenias stubbornly refused to bloom. Attempt after attempt ended in my frustration and disappointment.

I recognized this after much observation. Some plants are sold as a special hybrid to grow outside of their geographical zone with a promise of growth. However, most don’t thrive because it’s not the best fit for them. I gave this plant a better environment. It was closer to its natural habitat. I discovered they would bloom, not just flower. This moment of understanding transformed my thinking and my coaching style.

Just as no two plants have identical needs, no two people follow the same path to success. There is no wrong or right way to grow ghost the right way for you. When given the right conditions and individualized support, blooming becomes inevitable for all.
