Sessions welcome individuals, couples, and families with children 12 years and older.

30 Minutes – Non-Coaching Listening Only
Sometimes you don’t need advice or a plan; you just need someone to listen. Listen and Release offers a calm, confidential space to say what’s on your mind without judgment, interruption, or the pressure to fix anything. Whether it’s frustration from work, tension at home, or feelings you haven’t been able to share elsewhere, you’re welcome to let it all out at your own pace. This is not a coaching session, so there are no goals to set, no homework, no follow-up, and no guilt afterward. You simply speak, feel heard, and leave a little lighter than when you arrived.
Pay-As-You-Go 45 Minute Interview Prep
There’s a particular kind of nervousness that comes before an interview — not because you’re unprepared for the work, but because you haven’t yet found the words to express how you can make a difference. This session is designed to improve confidence, articulation and clear goals for obtaining employment.

Custom Digital Design Session
Have an idea in your head but no way to bring it to life? In this custom design session, we’ll work together to turn your vision — a phrase, a symbol, a feeling you want to capture — into a set of original design concepts you can use however you’d like.
The collaborative virtual session will be conducted by video call. Your investment covers approximately 8 hours of total creative work which includes your two hour live design session, three original concepts, revisions, final upload, and PNG file delivery.
PNG design files are ready to print on apparel, mugs, totes, journals, wall art, or anything else you can imagine. Use them anywhere you choose, or order printed products directly through my Spreadshirt store for a simple, done-for-you option.
