A Letter From the Founder
Summer has a way of asking us to let go, and this one asked more of me than most. I spent it saying farewell to a season of my children’s childhood — watching them step into their own new era of adulting with equal parts pride and ache. There were roller coasters and campsites, passports stamped overseas, and a lot of quiet moments in between where I found myself simply watching them become who they are. It was a season of joy wrapped in bittersweet goodbye, and I’m grateful for every bit of it.
That same spirit of meeting people where they are has shaped some changes here at Gardenia Group this fall. To make coaching more accessible, I’ve expanded office hours to include evenings and weekends — because growth doesn’t only happen between nine and five. And the Mindful Garden blog continues each month with new, thought-provoking entries meant to give you something to sit with, question, or carry into your own life.
If you’ve been on the fence about coaching, I want to gently nudge you forward: a consultation is always free, no strings attached. And if you’ve wondered how coaching differs from therapy — therapy often looks back, helping you process and heal from the past; coaching looks forward, partnering with you to move toward the life and goals you’re building now. Both have their place, and I’m happy to help you figure out which one fits where you are.
I’d love for you to explore our site and take advantage of all the free resources even if you are not ready for coaching.

What’s New for Fall
This fall, Gardenia Group is making a little more room for you. Sessions are now available starting at 5pm on weeknights, plus weekends — because the school year is back in full swing, and finding time for yourself shouldn’t be one more thing to juggle.
We’re also introducing a sliding pricing scale. Wellness support should be something you can reach for, not something you have to earn or save up for. If cost has ever held you back, we’d love to talk about what’s possible for you.

Made for You
However you choose to connect with us, nothing is one-size-fits-all. Every in-person gathering and virtual session is shaped around your individual and group goals, never a cookie cutter approach.
That same spirit carries into our custom merchandise that will unify your team, family, or group by creating matching or unique items they can purchase at your event or given as a gift. These keepsakes reflect who you are together — a small, lasting piece of the experience to take home.
However you show up, is where we will meet you.
