Gardenia Group, LLC Seasonal Newsletter -Volume 2

Letter From the Founder

Summer has a way of asking us to slow down, even when the world keeps moving fast. As we move through these longer, sun-soaked days, I wanted to take a moment to simply wish you a season of peace — real peace, the kind that comes from being present with the people and things that matter most.

If there’s one thing I hope you carry with you this summer, it’s this: health is more than fitness. It is a way of life, both mentally and physically. It’s found in the meals shared at the table, the walks taken without a destination, the permission to rest without guilt. Prioritize your family. Seek out the things that genuinely make you happy, and start putting less energy into the things that quietly steal your joy. You deserve a summer that feels like your own.

With Love, Chris

What a Difference A Season Makes

After six months of training, I finally taught a portion of my first yoga class — and it went really well. I was so proud of myself and grateful to the friends who joined to support me. But it was also a moment of enlightenment for me: yoga is more than exercise for me. It’s a spiritual, personal part of my life, and I’ve realized it feels better kept private not as an obligation. Peace over Obligation is my new mantra.

Although yoga services will not be available through Gardenia Group. If you’re looking for a yoga teacher or other wellness providers, I’d love to point you toward our Wellness Warriors — a wonderful community worth exploring.

What’s New?
Gardenia Group continues to grow in ways that reflect what you’ve told us you need — flexibility, choice, and support that meets you where you are.

Streamlined Scheduling

Sessions used to require an intake and 6/12 months agreement before your first session. While consults are still available to help you determine your needs, if you are ready to move forward today, you only need to schedule your first appointment.

Each appointment has a built-in agreement you can review before you schedule and pay. There is no long-term commitment required to get started.

In-Person Group Services

For couples, families, workforce, and other communities looking to gather in person, we now offer in-person sessions.

Your group will also have access to pricing discounts that scale based on the number of participants — the more people who join, the more accessible it becomes for everyone.

To host a session, you’ll need an approved public space within the metro area.

Custom Designs
